Sockfly is a name that says our socks get to you so fast, you might think they flew there. Our roots began with an online store and we strive to mail each pair lightning fast. Sockfly is here to help you raise your sock game with awesome socks. We also strive to be the best option for quality socks at a value price.

+ WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SOCKS?
We have one size sock that will stretch to fit most people. They fit both men and women (men's shoe size 8-12, women's shoe size 9-13). Anywhere in that range, your feet will be a perfect match. Our socks are considered a men's dress sock style and typically come up to mid-calf height.
+ WHERE ARE YOUR SOCKS MADE?
Our socks are designed in and mailed from Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Currently they are manufactured in state-of-the-art factories in China. We make sure each pair of socks quality is up to our standards or better. We are working to bring our manufacturing to the United States in the future.
+ HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SOCKS?
All of our socks can be cared for by machine washing them in warm or cold water, without bleach, and tumble drying on low or medium heat. Do not iron.
+ WHAT ARE THE SOCKS MADE OF?
Our socks are made with high-quality cotton, nylon, and spandex. 80% Combed Cotton, 17% Nylon, 3% Spandex. This composition allows for a super soft sock with just the right amount of stretch. With reinforced heel and toe sections, these socks are made for durability.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Venmo. Shop Pay, and Sockfly e-gift cards.
+ CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. This is because all orders are sent immediately to provide the fastest shipping possible. However, if you need to cancel, please use the contact form to inform us and we will see if it is possible.
+ DO YOU OFFER ANY PROMOTIONS?
We do occasionally run promotions. We strive to keep our prices low and provide value everyday. We offer free shipping for 3 pairs or more and for our subscriptions. You can subscribe with your email at the bottom of the page to receive future promotions and news.
+ WHAT IF I DON'T RECIEVE A ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
First check your email’s spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, reach out to us via the contact form.
+ I RECIEVED MY ORDER AND THERE WAS A MISTAKE.
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out via the contact form within 10 days of receiving your order, if you notice a mistake. Sockfly will work to correct the issue right away.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
+ HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We typically ship using the United States Postal Service because it is the fastest affordable option available to small businesses in the US. Smaller orders are shipped USPS First Class. If you ordered a larger order it may ship UPS Ground or Priority Mail. We do not currently offer overnight shipping.
+ WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We ship Monday - Friday. All orders will typically be picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours. We work hard to ship orders as fast as possible all year round. November and December are our busiest months, due to the holiday season. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during these months.
+ WHEN WILL I GET MY SOCKS?
All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. You can expect your socks to arrive at your door within 2-5 business days from your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.
+ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently don't support shipments outside the United States. We will be working on making awesome socks available to everyone eventually.
+ WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?
Check with your local shipping office to see if the package ended up with them. Check with your neighbors or leasing office to ensure it hasn’t been misdelivered.
+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your order is complete when you are satisfied. We accept returns or exchanges on our socks only, within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging. For further information read the full details of our return policy right here.

+ HOW MUCH IS A SUBSCRIPTION?
These are not an introductory offer, which means your price stays low. Ongoing and Prepaid Subscriptions:
- 1 pair per month - $7.99 (Free Shipping)
- 2 pairs per month - $9.99 (Free Shipping)
- 3 pairs per month - $12.99 (Free Shipping)
+ HOW LONG DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION LAST?
You can log into your account anytime to check a current subscription. Our subscriptions have 2 options:
- Choose 1 - 3 pairs and prepay for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months
- Choose 1 - 3 pairs and pay monthly - cancel anytime
+ WHAT KIND OF SOCKS CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE, CAN I CHOOSE?
The socks in subscriptions will be randomly selected each month from our collection of unique, awe-inspiring socks, with new designs added every month. You can expect to receive high-quality, diverse patterns to bizarrely cool graphics and colors.
+ WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIPS?
Yes, every month you will be notified when that months order is shipping. This email will include order and tracking information. Shipments will arrive through the United States Postal Service.
+ HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

GIFT CARDS
+ DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Absolutely! A digital copy will be emailed to the purchaser, allowing you to forward the e-gift card to the recipient. It is very important to provide the correct email during checkout.
+ HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?
Gift cards are an excellent way to give someone the freedom to choose exactly what they want from our large selection. Simply select the $ amount you'd like on the gift card, click “add to cart”, and proceed to checkout to complete purchase. You will then receive an email from us including the redemption code for the gift card that you can forward to your lucky recipient. Start your gift card here.
+ WHEN WILL THE RECIPIENT RECIEVE THE GIFT CARD CODE?
All of our gift cards are electronic, so after you complete your purchase you will receive an email including the redemption code for all gift cards on your order. You can then send those codes on to your recipient(s) however you choose!
USER ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
+ WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT?
When you register an account on sockfly.com, it means that we’re storing information you have shared with us (at minimum your email address, name, and a password) on our website. You can elect to save your billing address, shipping address, and other contact information to make the checkout process faster, but it is not required. Your order information will be associated with your registered account, so you can look up previous order history.
+ HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
To reset your password, go to the login screen or page, and click the “forgot password” link to go to the password recovery page. Next, enter your email address in the field and click Reset password. You will receive a new password and a link to sign in. You will be able to change the password from your profile page after you click the link in the email and sign in.

On the top navigation menu you'll see a login button. If you haven't created an account yet, you can set one up with the email you used to order.
+ HOW DO I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY INFORMATION?
When you check out you have the option to save your address. This will now become your default address for future orders. For more options updating your information, please login.

+ DO YOU HAVE GIFT WRAPPING OPTIONS?
No, but we do use fun packaging when we can to enhance the package opening experience.
+ DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
Yes! Please visit Sockfly Wholesale Info and fill out our wholesale application. Once you have submitted the form, our sales team will review and be in touch. Once accepted, you will have full access to our catalog of products and wholesale pricing.
