Cancellation Policy

As a monthly subscriber, we will continue to charge your credit card and ship your socks every month until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime you wish:

You can cancel online, by going to, www.sockfly.com/account and login to find your account details. Find the subscription you desire to cancel, hit cancel, and you’re all done. A follow up with be emailed to you within 2-3 business days confirming your cancellation.

If you don't have a login currently, one can be created from the login page using the same email you checked out with. If you need assistance please email us at info@sockfly.com with your intention to access your account. To help us, please include your registered email address and shipping address so we can easily locate the correct subscription information. We will then send you the information you need to access you account and process a cancellation.

Please note: We must receive your subscription cancellation request for your account 48 hours before monthly subscription payment is processed in order to cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal.

Prepaid gift purchases are not eligible for cancellation after they are purchased. They will continue to be sent monthly until the prepaid number of months have been completed, then the subscription will end. Shipping address can be updated by logging into the users account or creating one with the checkout email.
